THE BUILDING PROCESS
step 1. discussion
Most coversations start over the phone. That is where our expert staff will gather some basic information to start the process.
step 2. brief & design
Once our team has a full understanding of your needs and wish list, Sowder will go to work finding the right design to fit those needs. Once our staff has several plans for your review, we can then meet for a final decision.
step 3. Construction
Sowder will have a pre-construction meeting with you and your designated project manager before any work begins. This process ensures all design aspects have been agreeed to and both parties understand their rolls in the building process.
